Blue Cheese Dip:

Yield: Serves 4 8g Carbs/serving

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
• 4 oz. sour cream
• 4 oz. mayonnaise
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp. onion powder

Instructions: Mix ingredients.
Refrigerate half-hour before serving.
